Cory Doctorow has some harsh words here. I can’t say I disagree.
I will say, however, that the joy my friends find in their use of Apple’s products is genuine and seemingly boundless, a kid running around like mad in the world.
But I won’t buy an Apple device because I see that fence (cliff?) that tells me where I can and can’t run. I want more freedom.
